Brightwater Care Group has worked with Hands-On Infection Control for 10 years now.
This relationship has delivered enormous benefit to Brightwater over this time. From a clinical risk management perspective, our Infection Control programme is clear, comprehensive and focussed with accountability for continuous improvement and surveillance. Our infection control policies and procedures are contemporary, based on best available evidence and tailored to our context.
Megan Reilly and her team are approachable, responsive and always available to assist with expert consultancy, education and immunisation advice and guidance. Megan has worked collaboratively with us at every level to build our internal capacity with excellent outcomes.
We have used Hands-On Infection Control every year since 2007 to provide flu vaccinations to our 90+ head office staff. Their service is easy and efficient. We call them, book in a day for the vaccinations and they promptly send us all the information our staff need to know. On the day they are always early and prepared, they usually run ahead of time with the vaccinations as their experienced staff know exactly what they are doing. I gladly recommend them to anyone requiring a professional efficient vaccine provider.
As the Australian market leader in the management of biohazardous (clinical) waste, SteriHealth regards safety and compliance as our number one priority for both our staff and clients. The consultancy, education and immunisation services provided by Hands-On Infection Control has been invaluable in managing risk and maintaining safety. Thank you Megan, we look forward to a long association
We have been using Hand-On Infection Control for four years and are very happy with the service provided by Megan and her team. With increasing regulation it is very difficult for small hospitals to have the resources to dedicate to infection control and to stay up to date with best practices. We currently utilise Hands-On Infection Control for our annual staff education, immunisation services and consultancy. We have great confidence in the advice received and our external auditors are always reassured that Hands-On Infection Control is involved. I would highly recommend their services.
Restvale is a residential aged care provider. We have used the expertise of Megan Reilly from Hands-On Infection Control for environmental audits, and staff training both in house and externally. Megan’s professional approach and depth of knowledge in the area of Infection Control has been integral in assisting our organisation to adopt best practice and ensure all staff are well informed about their responsibilities in managing and minimizing infections in the workplace. The quality of service provided by Hands-On Infection Control is evident through Restvale being an SA provider using a Western Australian based company to provide services to the organisation.
RSL Care WA has used Hands-On Infection Control for over 10 years. We have found their professional experience and advice second to none. Whenever our facility mangers have needed advice on managing outbreaks, staff education, current policy and research we have always found them supportive on current best practise advice.
When we first sought to introduce a vaccination program for “at risk” staff I was unsure where to start and how to ensure that I covered all aspects and differentials across our diverse workforce to include information/education sessions and immunisations. Megan has a wealth of knowledge and provided this in a manner both that enabled me to feel confident and supported with our information/education sessions and immunisations, which were all done at our workplace in a cost effective manner. Megan was so good that I cannot talk highly enough of her consultancy advice and guidance, provision of immunisation services both initially and ongoing. We have also engaged Hands-On Infection Control to provide education services in relation to infection control for our day centre staff and homecare officers.
The clients and staff of June O’Connor Wellness and Recovery enjoyed a discussion and demonstration by you on 27 November 2013. This talk was very informative and the DVD shown was educational in an amusing way which meant that we all remembered it very well. The subject was very relevant to us in reminding us about the importance of hygiene when handling food. Hopefully we will all be vigilant in the future now that you have alerted us to the danger of food poisoning and how to avoid it.
On behalf of all the staff and clients, I would like to thank you for presentation.
